    • Go to account.
    • Select Profiles.
    • Select New Profile.
    • Give the profile a name and a pin.
    • Select 'Parental Control'.
    • Click on 'Select channels you wish to view'.
    • Select stations you want.
    • Click on 'submit'.
    • Go to Change Profile and select it.

  5. How to download the app?

    • Go to Google PlayStore or iOS AppStore.
    • Search for 'YOTVChannels'.
    • Download the app.
  6. How can I register my number on the app?

    • Open the YOTV app on your phone.
    • Click on register.
    • Type in the phone number you want to register.
    • In a short while, a message will pop up on your phone with your pin. (use the pin to log into the app) OR contact customer-care center to have your number registered.
  7. How can I pay for my app (subscribe)?

    • Login on to the app.
    • Click on the human icon on the right-hand top corner.
    • Select purchase-then purchase for self.
    • Select a bundle.
    • Enter your mobile money pin to Pay.
  8. How do i reset my pin?

    • To reset your pin, contact us 0323302600 or WhatsApp 0787849885, We shall guide through the process of pin reset.
  9. How do i toggle on data saving mode

    • Open the app (Android, iOS)
    • Go to preferences (👤 Human icon)
    • Enable data saving mode
    • Set max video quality to low
